Die Schalttafel hat genau wie die Armaturentafel Stufen der Entwicklung durchgemacht. Zwei Stufen habe ich als Zeichnung dargestellt. Die erste habe ich mit Ursprung gekennzeichnet, obwohl ich nicht weiß, ob es wirklich die Ursprungsversion ist. Die zweite Darstellung zeigt eine entfeinerte Version.
Die Entfeinerung stellt natürlich nicht nur einfach den Verzicht auf Sicherungsautomaten dar, sondern verschiedene elektrische Verbraucher wurden zu größeren Gruppen zusammengefasst und dann mit nur einem Leitungsschutzschalter abgesichert.
Dies reduziert im wesentlichen den Verkabelungsaufwand!
Während ich die Informationen für die Ursprungsausführung den Originalunterlagen (Ersatzteil-Liste Okt. 1943) entnommen habe, stammen die Beschriftungen für die entfeinerte Ausführung aus dem Trainingsfilm (1944), da sie in den reproduzierten Handbüchern (Exerzier-Karte Okt. 1944) schlecht lesbar sind
Für die Ursprungsausführung fehlt mir der Zweck des Leitungsschutzschalters E29 (ganz oben links). Für die entfeinerte Ausführung fehlen mir alle Positionsnummern aus dem Stromlaufplan.
Die Positionsnummern waren im Flugzeug natürlich nicht angebracht (oder zumindest nicht sichtbar).
The switch board underwent – as the instrument panel – some stages of development. Two stages you will find as drawings. The first stage I named „Origin“ although I don’t know whether it is the very first version . The second drawing shows a simplified stage.
The simplification is not only a simple abandonment of circuit breakers but the solution is to combine different consumer loads and to protect them by one circuit breaker only.
This substancially reduces the complexity of cabeling!
While I took the information for the version „Origin“ from original documents (spare part list of Oct.1943) I took the labelling for the simplified version from the training video (1944) because the labelling in the reproduced handbooks (exercise card of Oct. 1944) is barely readable.
In the „Origin“ version I did not find the function of circuit breaker E29 (top left).
For the simplified version I did not find any position number for the circuit breakers.
The position numbers were certainly not attached to the real switch board (or at least not to be seen).
