Die Literatur besagt, dass es die NACA-Bezeichnung 0008-40 hat.<\/p>\n<p>Meine Zeichnung zeigt eine reines NACA 0008 und ich bin unsicher ob ich die Erg\u00e4nzung \u201e-40\u201c richtig verstehe.\u00a0Die Theorie sagt, dass die \u201e-4\u201c f\u00fcr den Nasenradius steht und einen etwas kleineren als den Standard-Radius meint.<br \/>\nEin Vergleich mit der Originalzeichnung scheint dies zu best\u00e4tigen.<br \/>\nDie \u201e0\u201c der Erg\u00e4nzung steht theoretisch f\u00fcr die Position der gr\u00f6\u00dften Fl\u00fcgeldicke. Insofern scheint die \u201e0\u201c keinen\u00a0Sinn zu haben, es sei denn, sie steht f\u00fcr die \u201eStandard-Position\u201c und dies w\u00e4re 30 %.\u00a0Ich w\u00fcrde mich freuen, wenn mir irgendjemand sagen k\u00f6nnte, was richtig ist.<br \/>\nNach Messung in der Original-Zeichnung betr\u00e4gt der Anstellwinkel des Profils etwa 1,5 Grad.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/mep1112.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/NACA0008.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-133\" src=\"http:\/\/mep1112.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/NACA0008.jpg\" alt=\"NACA0008\" width=\"2104\" height=\"450\" srcset=\"http:\/\/mep1112.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/NACA0008.jpg 2104w, http:\/\/mep1112.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/NACA0008-300x64.jpg 300w, http:\/\/mep1112.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/NACA0008-1024x219.jpg 1024w, http:\/\/mep1112.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/NACA0008-624x133.jpg 624w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 2104px) 100vw, 2104px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>The Wing Profile<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The wing profile is a symmetrical one. Literature says it has the NACA-designation 0008-40.<\/p>\n<p>My drawing shows a pure NACA 0008 and I\u2019m not sure that I understand the suffix \u201c-40\u201d correctly. \u00a0The theory says the \u201c4\u201d stands for the nose radius and means that the radius is slightly smaller then the radius of the\u00a0standard NACA 0008. A comparison with the original drawing seems to confirm this.\u00a0The \u201c0\u201d of the suffix theoretically stands for the position of the maximum thickness. So \u201c0\u201d seems to make\u00a0no sense except it should say \u201cStandard Position\u201d and this would be 30 %.<br \/>\nI would be happy if someone can tell me what is correct.<br \/>\nMeasured from the original drawing the profile has an angle of attack of about 1.5 degrees.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Fl\u00e4chenprofil Das Tragfl\u00e4chenprofil ist ein symmetrisches.
